We are looking for a Mid IT Recruiter with solid experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. This role requires strong sourcing skills, good candidate assessment capabilities, and the ability to manage recruitment processes independently.

You will play an important role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating engineering talent, with a strong focus on candidate quality and candidate experience.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our modern offices on Calea Victoriei, Bucharest.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (sourcing → screening → interview → offer)

• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles

• Take ownership of assigned recruitment processes from initial sourcing through offer stage

Sourcing & Talent Identification

• Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other relevant channels

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical roles

• Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted and personalized outreach

• Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant profiles

Candidate Evaluation

• Conduct structured screening interviews for technical candidates

• Assess candidates based on experience, skills, motivation, and alignment with role requirements

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and relevant screening feedback

• Maintain a consistent quality standard throughout the recruitment process

Process & Candidate Experience

• Ensure a smooth, structured, and professional candidate experience

• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process

• Maintain accurate candidate information and pipeline stages

• Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep recruitment processes moving efficiently

Market Insights & Process Improvement

• Stay informed about talent market trends, salary expectations, and candidate availability

• Share relevant market insights with hiring managers

• Suggest improvements to sourcing approaches and recruitment processes

• Contribute to improving job descriptions and candidate outreach

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT / technical roles

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and proactive outreach

• Experience screening candidates for technical / engineering roles

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment processes

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Great communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting software developers and other engineering profiles

• Familiarity with modern technology stacks and common engineering roles

• Experience working in startups or high-growth companies

• Exposure to AI-related roles, companies, or products
